We meet some great people through ION LIFE.Rik Schnabel is an Alkalarian and wants the world to know it.
He's a fascinating guy because he teaches people about accessing that inner spark we all seem to lose for no good reason. Like us, Rik understands that to grow holistically one must be prepared to work on everything that presents itself; mind, body and spirit, rather than attempting to push through on mind alone.
He presents Life Beyond Limits and teaches people how to free themselves from the blocks we all know (and can't seem to change) that prevent health, work and success.
He teaches methods for conditioning yourself for success and how to flow with the current rather than against it. And he combines his talents with the Alkalarian philosophy to make sure you are 'doing it' in your body as well as your head.
