Vitamin C and cancer Therapy Clash

It must be really hard sometimes for 'establishment' medicine to admit they are wrong. It appears that one way of admitting they are wrong is to commit the ultimate 'turnaround'.

What do I mean? Let's take a look at the latest report on the 'adverse' effect of vitamin C on chemotherapy.

But first, let's set the context. Ever since Dr Linus Pauling received a drubbing from establishment medicine on his theory of the benefits of large Vitamin C intake, report after report after report has spewed forth condemning his theory and 'disproving' his claim that vitamin C is a fabulous immune-supporting supplement.

So now researchers have confirmed that Vitamin C's powerful antioxidant ability, we get:

"Vitamin C appears to protect the mitochondria from extensive damage, thus saving the cell," said lead researcher Dr Mark Heaney. A BBC article adds, "Vitamin C appeared to protect tiny structures inside the cancer cells called mitochondria from damage."

Why is this now presented as bad, thereby confirming medical authorities prior condemnation?

Here comes the big turnaround. Vitamin C is bad.. because it's good at protecting the cell. Got that? It's BAD because chemotherapy wants to kill cells, and Vitamin C protects them.

The FDA, the official USA arbiter in all matters medical, has publicly stated as policy that vitamin siupplements are inert!

So.. an 'inert' vitamin' is 'badl' because it protects the cells, which officially, it doesn't.

Ya gotta laugh.. Or cry.
