Starbucks gets it from all angles

Closely following a mass shutdown of regional stores in Australia, Starbucks are now in trouble for water wasting in the land of the long drought. It seems Starbucks have this strange idea that a sink with a tap running all day is necessary for 'clean utensils'. The SMH reports that "The Starbucks spokeswoman confirmed water restrictions had no effect on the policy. "Our global standard is for [employees] to keep the dipper well flow to a minimum during operating hours. They are instructed to turn it off completely when the store is closed.""
