Eau Technologies is a company that makes water ionizers - not unlike our own ION LIFE ones, but much, much BIGGER. They sell them to all sorts of industries wherever chemical free cleaning is required, using the acid water; the same acid water that your home water ionizer outputs, but with a bit more salt added to make it even more acidic.
One example of how they use it is in a recent order they received. Here's the press release about its use in a huge chicken processing plant.
