'Skinny Water'

Researchers from Georgetown University who studied 90 moderately overweight people found that drinking Skinny Water® can help dieters lose weight, a June 25 Business Wire press release from the water's producer said.

The bottled water, made by Skinny Nutritional Corp., helped the dieters burn more fat, eat less, reduce body mass index and control blood sugars, the press release said.

The company says it contains chromium and a patented solution of hydroxycitric acid bound to calcium and potassium which comes from a fruit in Southern Asia.

Those studied had to follow a 2,000-calorie a day diet and had to walk 30 minutes a day for five days a week.

The double-blind study included two groups, one which drank the water and another which took a placebo. Those who drank the bottled water lost an average of 10 pounds each during the study, the press release said.

The bottled water is sold in some US Target Stores and costs about $6 per six-pack.

Yes I agree, a great documentary not to be missed by thinking adults. And to see that Australia is right down there (32nd) near America (37th) on the WHO ranking of health care systems in the world, with France having the best system. If the current aussie government continues to stay in power and further disintegrate the health system, we don't have to descend much further down the list to equate with the appalling inhumanity and greed of the american 'health' system!
