Cassie and I spent a wonderful Saturday at a birthday party of an old friend. It was catered for by Steve snow Chef Extraordinaire and owner of Australia's best seafood restaurant, Fins, here in Byron Bay. Steve is an alkaline water devotee and has introduced his friends 'Strop' and Delvene, and Hoges to the joys of the 'blessed elixir'. "I couldn't live without it, and that's a fact!" exclaimed Steve.

After a super meal, Steve joined me on the patio. 'Mate,' he said, "I just love your Alkaline Defence e-Course! I'be backed up every one of them! They're just so interesting!"
"Have you read them yet?" I asked.
"Ah.." Steve hesitated. "Well, not yet, no. You know how it is."
