With Morthern Spears, creator of the Gratitude Diary, we sallied forth last night to Steve Snow's Fins Restaurant. Steve moved from Byron Bay a couple of years ago when the Beach Hotel, owned by his friends Strop and Delvene Delaney was sold. His new Fins is a wonderful spot, part indoor, part outdoor, and the food (predominantly seafood) was.. well, it was beyond superlatives.
