Gary Taube's previous book, "Good Calories, Bad Calories" was a monster of a book in two ways. Firstly, Gary is a scientist and a writer, and when you put them together, well, sometimes it's not the easiest read because he is always looking over his shoulder trying to second-quess his peers.
