It's happening more often. Truly inspired people are taking a previously impossible concept and, with the almost unlimited technological advances we now have, creating answers to problems we have accepted as unanswerable. The Tango is one such idea now come to fruition that's going to help thousands of disabled kids to live, to communicate - and to grow - like never before possible.
